Bishkek, May 18, 2019. / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov met today, May 18, on Mother's Day, with mothers of many children from all regions of the country. The meeting was also attended by the mothers of young Kyrgyzstanis who glorified the country in the international arena.
The head of state awarded the Baatyr Ene order to mothers of many children and presented letters of thanks to the mothers of successful young Kyrgyz, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
President Jeenbekov noted that Mother's Day is the most valuable and holy holiday for each person, congratulating all the participants of the meeting.
He stressed that our ancestors from ancient times deeply respected and appreciated mothers, calling them the hearth keepers, giving life.
“Our main goal is to raise the social status of mothers to the highest level,” said Jeenbekov and expressed gratitude to all mothers of Kyrgyzstan for their work.
The President wished the mothers great happiness, long life, respect and love of children, family happiness and well-being.
By the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2019, 470 mothers were awarded the Ene Danky Medal and 1 thousand 135 mothers with the Baatyr Ene.
