Bishkek, Sept. 3, 2020. /Kabar/. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov continues his working trips to the regions of the country. Today, Sept. 3 he visited Chui Oblast, his press service reported.
Within the framework of the visit, Jeenbekov familiarized with the implementation of the main directions of the policy of regional development and digital transformation of the country in Jaiyl and Moskovsky regions.
In particular, the Kyrgyz leader got acquainted with the course of digitalization of activity of local government bodies, health care sphere and judicial system, and inspected the course of project implementation on providing clean drinking water to the population.
The construction of water supply systems has been completed in Alekseyevka village through the Community Development and Investment Agency (ARIS), which provided access to clean drinking water to over 8 thousand local residents.
Sanarip Aimak (Digital Region) platform and E-kyzmat (E-Service) automated personnel accounting system have been implemented in the activity of Ak-Bashat county, on the basis of which an electronic version of economic book with description of composition and level of welfare of families living in the territory of the county has been formed.
The Joint Territorial Hospital of Jaiyl region was one of the first in the country to implement the elements of electronic health care, which successfully function to this day.
The system of audio and video fixation in the courtrooms, an automated information system that automatically registers incoming cases and allows to evenly distribute the load on judges, eliminate the human factor and risks of abuse of office has been implemented in the Jaiyl Region Court.
President Jeenbekov also familiarized with measures to support local entrepreneurs using the example of the Jaiyl Milk plant in Kara-Balta town, the first large enterprise launched in the country since the outbreak of the pandemic and the economic slowdown, and the Tashtan farm located in the village of Petrovka, Moskovsky region.
President Sooronbay Jeenbekov expressed satisfaction with the implementation of the state policy on regional development and digitalization of the country in Chui Oblast, and outlined its future priorities.
