South Korean companies familiarized with Kyrgyzstan's export potential

Bishkek, July 7, 2021 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyzstan’s Ambassador to South Korea Dinara Kemelova visited GS Group office and met with GS Retail President Cho Yoon-sung and BS Group Corporation Chairwoman Hye-Rin Park, the press service of the Kyrgyz Embassy in the Republic of Korea reported Wednesday.

During the meeting with South Korean businessmen, the Kyrgyz ambassador spoke about export and investment potential of the Kyrgyz Republic, imports of Kyrgyz honey and sweets by NAG Group, proposed cooperation on the supply of environmentally friendly products to the South Korean market and sales through the GS retail network.

The interlocutors discussed prospects for cooperation in the sphere of processing agricultural products, logistics and trade between the two countries.

President of GS Retail Cho Yoon-sung expressed willingness to assist Kyrgyzstan in building capacity in processing and packaging of products, as well as training of specialists in these areas.
