Bishkek, May 10 / Kabar /. South Korean companies were told about Kyrgyzstan's investment opportunities, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported.
The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in the Republic of Korea took part in the investment seminar in Seoul on May 8, dedicated to Kyrgyzstan.
The event was held with the assistance of the Korean Food Association in conjunction with Vision K with the participation of more than 30 Korean investors and companies.
Counselor of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic Atai Namatbaev made a presentation and acquainted participants of the seminar on the current economic situation and investment opportunities of Kyrgyzstan. In his speech, the diplomat urged the business community of Korea to take an active part in investment projects in Kyrgyzstan.
During the seminar a video about Kyrgyzstan was shown, materials about tourism and investment potential of the country, as well as brochures "The Best Exporter of the Kyrgyz Republic" were distributed.
Korean entrepreneurs showed interest and told about a possible study tour to Kyrgyzstan in the near future.
