Bishkek, May 21, 2021 . / Kabar / . Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Ulukbek Maripov met with Chairwoman of BS Group Corporation (AMSBIO, OMNISYSTEM) Park Hye-Rin, (Republic of Korea), the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported Friday.
"The Kyrgyz Republic attaches great importance to strengthening and developing cooperation with the Republic of Korea. Creating a favorable investment climate, protecting the interests of foreign investors, and ensuring the security of investment facilities is one of the priority tasks of the new Cabinet of Ministers," Maripov emphasized.
Chairwoman of BS Group Corporation Park Hye-Rin informed the company's activities are focused on such areas as hydropower, medicine, pharmaceutical production, production of magnetic cards and payment equipment.
She expressed her interest in investing in the domestic economy and said that today the company is officially opening a PCR laboratory "ABDSIO Lab" in Bishkek (Manas International Airport).
About 14 thousand people will be able to undergo PCR testing at the laboratory in a day with the results being ready in an hour after the test.
"Taking into account the upcoming start of the tourist season in the country, the opening of such a laboratory in the territory of the country is of great importance in terms of attracting tourists. Our goal is to turn the Kyrgyz Republic into a country free of COVID-19. This will certainly contribute to increasing the flow of tourists to the country," said Park Hye-Rin.
Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Maripov expressed hope that BS Group Corporation will expand its activities in Kyrgyzstan not only in the field of medicine, but also in other sectors of the economy.
