Spanish specialist Luis Bernat Molina becames head coach of Kyrgyz futsal team

Bishkek, Nov. 15, 2023. / Kabar/. Specialist from Spain Luis Bernat Molina has been appointed the head coach of the national futsal team of the Kyrgyz Republic, the press service of the Kyrgyz Football Union reported.

The employment agreement with the new mentor was signed yesterday. Former head coach of the national team Marat Duvanaev and his assistants will be part of the new coaching staff.

Also, at the end of August this year, a specialist from Brazil, Jose Marcelo, was brought in to train the national team as a physical training coach.

About the new coach:

 Luis Bernat Molina;

 from Spain, 46 years old;

 coaching license: National Futsal Coach III level (RFEF).

Work experience as a head coach:

 2015-2016 —Nantes Erdre (France);

 2016-2018 –Toulon (France);

 2018-2019 - Vietnam youth team and Thailand youth team;

 2019-2022 — Pescadola Machida (Japan);

 2022-2023 — Blueway Chonburi (Thailand).

From April 17 to April 28, 2024, the national futsal team will compete in the final stage of the Asian Cup, where, in addition to prizes, the team will compete for access to the Futsal World Cup.
