Specialists of Kyrgyz Accounts Chamber hold lecture for students of IUCA

Bishkek, Sept. 28, 2018. /Kabar/. Specialists of the Accounts Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted a practical lecture for 4th year students of the International University of Central Asia in Bishkek.

The lecture was organized within the framework of the Financial and Tax Control course, the press service of the Accounts Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

During the introductory presentation, the students were told about the status, role and functions of the Accounts Chamber, the powers of the Council of the Accounts Chamber, consisting of the Chairman and eight auditors, and the procedure of their election. Further in the presentation, the main emphasis was laid on the main principles and directions of the Accounts Chamber activities, planning of audit activities, types of audits and rules for conducting them.

The participants also had the opportunity to receive answers to their questions. In particular, the issues of fighting corruption, types of revealed violations, cooperation of the Accounts Chamber with other state bodies, including law enforcement, international organizations, etc., were raised.

After the lecture, the guests were presented with memorable gifts.
