Bishkek, Oct. 3, 2018. /Kabar/. The State Property Management Fund (SPMF) is transitions to an electronic trading platform, Chairman of the SPMF Renat Tuleberdiev told at a press conference at the Kabar News Agency.
He said that this is done in order to eradicate corruption.
“In addition, it will facilitate the procedure for citizens. We have about 1 thousand contracts concluded a year. Sometimes citizens have to come from the regions. It takes time, money. Through the electronic trading platform, you can enter into contracts anywhere in the country,” he said.
Tuleberdiev noted that in order to conclude a contract in an automated format, legal entities need to have a digital signature, individuals - a biometric passport and a reader.
“I would like to emphasize that since September 30 we have stopped accepting applications on paper,” he added.
