State Communication Committee has fulfilled 5 out of 7 President’ tasks, Chairman Dogoyev

Bishkek, Dec.20, 2019. /Kabar/. In 2019, the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communication of the Kyrgyz Republic has fulfilled 5 out of 7 tasks on digitalization of the country, set by President Sooronbay Jeenbekov, Chairman of the Committee Dastan Dogoyev said at the press conference.

He noted the two tasks were not implemented due to the immaturity of the organizations themselves, the level of automation and the creation of a favorable legislative framework.

"During 2019, the tasks on creation of Sanarip aimak digital platform were set. Work on the development of this system, taking into account the year 2019, has begun and testing of the system is planned," he said.

Chairman Dogoyev noted the second is the creation of the data processing center. According to him, work on the concept creation is currently underway.
