Bishkek, Dec. 31, 2018. /Kabar/. On December 28, A program entitled “Wait for Me” (Russian: Жди меня) about a boy from France was broadcasted on NTV channel (Russian: НТВ); the boy was to meet his relatives from Kyrgyzstan.
Cyril Nicolas Morch was adopted by a family from France at the age of two. All these years, the child has dreamed of learning about his origin. On New Year's Eve, he decided to write a letter not to Santa Claus, but to the editorial office of “Wait for Me.”
The authors of the program managed to find Cyril’s relatives, including his elder brother, 16-year-old Akylbek, who lives in Osh. Seeing each other through the screen, they could not hold back the tears; the brothers promised each other that they will certainly meet.
As for the parents, the boy’s birth mother Tolkunai was working in Moscow, and gave birth to Cyril there. The woman passed away after giving birth due to illness.
The story touched social media users, everyone thanked the French family for raising Cyril, taking care of him. Many even noticed that the child does look like his mother and grandmother from France.
