Bishkek, March 31, 2022 . / Kabar /. Sultan Raev has been appointed as Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan Azamat Zhamankulov wrote on his page in social networks.
The minister noted that the decision was made Thursday by culture ministers of the member countries of the organization.
