Bishkek, Nov. 20, 2017. /Kabar/.The Kyrgyz Taekwondo team won 10 medals at the international Grand Prix Almaty Taekwondo Tournament in Kazakhstan, President of the Taekwondo Federation in Kyrgyzstan Vitalyi Oleinichenko told.
The tournament was held on November 18 in Almaty. More than 300 athletes from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan took part in the competitions.
The team of Kyrgyzstan was represented by 11 sportsmen led by Kurban Zakirov, Nazira Utesheva and judge Sergei Dubov. As a result, the team from Kyrgyzstan won four gold, one silver and five bronze medals.
The champions were Nurmat Aidarov, Khadizha Isabekova, Naila Mirbek kizi and Adinay Seitkaziyeva. Adinai Romova brought silver to her team. Isa Asakeev, Bael Syrgakov, Aktan Temirbekov, Altynai Sharshenova and Altynay Talibbekova won the bronze medals.
