Bishkek, Jan. 7, 2022. / Kabar /. The Tajik parliament approved the decision to send peacekeeping forces within the framework of the CSTO to Kazakhstan, ASIA-Plus reported.
According to the agency, a meeting of both chambers of parliament, Majlisi Milli and Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, took place on Friday.
At the joint meeting, only one issue was considered, and consent was given to the use of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan outside the country to fulfill the international obligations of the Republic of Tajikistan, the report said.
According to data of the Ministry of Defense, 200 Tajik servicemen will go to Kazakhstan.
