Bishkek, Aug. 31, 2020 / Kabar /. President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon congratulated the people of Kyrgyzstan and head of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov on the 29th anniversary of Independence, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
“With all my heart I wish you good health, happiness and success in your state activities, and the brotherly people of Kyrgyzstan - a peaceful sky, well-being and prosperity. Over the years of independence, Kyrgyzstan has achieved important transformations in state building, ensuring sustainable socio-economic development and strengthening its authority in the international arena. We are invariably pleased with these achievements of our close neighbor and attach great importance to the consistent strengthening and expansion of Kyrgyz-Tajik relations of friendship and multifaceted cooperation for the benefit of our peoples,” the congratulatory message says.
Emomali Rahmon expressed confidence that good-neighborly relations between the two countries, which have rich historical traditions, will continue to develop dynamically in line with a constructive partnership.
