Tajik President Emomali Rahmon arrives in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Nov. 27, 2019. / Kabar/. President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has arrived in Kyrgyzstan to attend the session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev met President Rahmon at the Manas International Airport, the government’s press service said.

The Collective Security Treaty Organization is an international organization whose goal is to strengthen peace, international and regional security and stability.

Members of the organization are Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

The CSTO Summit is slated for Nov. 28.
