Tashkent, July 15, 2021 . / Kabar / . Tashkent city of Uzbekistan hosted on Wednesday an informal meeting of foreign ministers of Central Asian countries.
The meeting took place within the International Conference "Central and South Asia: Regional Interconnectedness. Challenges and Opportunities".
The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi, Foreign Minister of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Mukhriddin, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov and First Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Nuran Niyazaliyev.
The sides discussed issues related to preparation for the next Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Turkmenistan, including the drafts of joint documents to be submitted for consideration of Heads of State.
