Tashkent to host scientific and practical conference “Uzbekistan – Kyrgyzstan: Synergy of Strategic Partnership”

On July 9, the International Institute for Central Asia will host a scientific and practical conference on “Uzbekistan – Kyrgyzstan: Synergy of Strategic Partnership”, UzA reported.

The event is organized by the International Institute for Central Asia and the National Institute of Strategic Initiatives under the President of Kyrgyzstan.

The conference will bring together experts from the two countries’ leading analytical centers and research institutes, representatives of ministries and agencies of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, and the diplomatic corps in Tashkent.

The conference is a platform for collaboration, aiming to develop and consolidate Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan’s standard approaches to the most important issues of further developing cooperation at the bilateral, regional, and international levels and analyzing specific areas of joint interaction.

The participants will address issues related to the substantive and practical content of the historic Declaration on a comprehensive strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, which was signed during the last meeting of the heads of the two states.
