Bishkek, Feb. 9, 2021 / Kabar /. In 2020, the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan collected KGS 62 billion 958 million \ of taxes to the republican budget, head of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic Kabyl Abdaliev told at a press conference.
He said that established plan was fulfilled by 100.2% or exceeded by KGS 107.3 million. Compared to 2019, the income increased by KGS 324.7 million.
“It should be noted that in connection with the quarantine due to the coronavirus in April-May 2020, tax losses to the state budget amounted to KGS 6.4 billion, and to the republican budget - KGS 5.4 billion. At the same time, the annual tax plan was overfulfilled, despite the epidemiological situation in the country and an increase in the previously established plan for the was KGS 3 billion 58.3 million,” he said.
In addition, Kabyl Abdaliev noted that the State Tax Service in 2020 collected KGS 33 billion 190.8 million of insurance fees. The established plan was fulfilled by 100.5%, or exceeded by KGS 163 million.
