Bishkek, March 23, 2022. / Kabar /. Team of Kyrgyzstan, represented by the fighters of special forces of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) won the final eighth place in the international competition UAE SWAT Challenge 2022, taking place in Dubai.
In addition to the hosts, special forces teams from the United States, Russia, France, Brazil, Thailand, Pakistan, Serbia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Nigeria, Sri Lanka and others took part in the competition, the SCNS press service said.
A total of 34 strong teams from 22 countries participated in the competition.
At the event, organized by Dubai police, winners were determined based on their performance in tactical exercises, assaults, rescues, towers and obstacle courses. All tests must be completed not only perfectly, but also as quickly as possible.
According to experts, such international competitions are necessary and useful for special forces. Among other things, it is important that special forces have the opportunity to exchange experiences and learn modern approaches to security.
