Bishkek, June 5 / Kabar /. Supporters of Ata Meken party leader Omurbek Tekebayev hold protest meeting in front of Pervomaisky district court of Bishkek.
Today, the trial of MP Omurbek Tekebayev and ex-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic Duishonkul Chotonov is held in Bishkek.
Tekebayev and Chotonov were imprisoned in the detention center of the State Committee for National Security for 2 months, they were accused in corruption and fraud.
During the hearing, lawyers asked time to get acquainted with the case materials. The court gave a time to get acquainted with the case materials till June 8.
