Bishkek, Dec. 11, 2017. /Kabar/.Junior championship in Thai boxing (IFMA) was held yesterday in Bishkek, Thai Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The tournament was dedicated to protection of snow leopard. About 100 sportsmen from eight sports clubs of Bishkek and Chui oblast took part.
"From year to year the popularity of Thai boxing is growing and it is very encouraging. It should be noted that now special attention is paid to children's sport. This championship is conducted in order to improve the qualification level of young athletes. Thus children must have more competitions among each other," the Federation reported.
