The Caucasus Investment Forum (CIF) will be held on 15-17 July, 2024, in the capital of Chechen Republic – Grozny. The main topic of the Forum “The Greater Caucasus – from sea to sea”.
The fact that this year the Chechen Republic was chosen as the venue for the Forum is an indicator of rapid economic growth and investment climate of the region.
The holding of the Caucasus Investment Forum will play a key role in the development of the regional economic and will help strengthen business ties. Representatives of the Chechen Republic plan to conclude a number of beneficial agreements at the Forum.
With the support of the Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, active work for the Forum is underway. The EXPO exhibition center (Stroyсar) is being prepared specially for the СIF.
The main topic for discussion at the CIF will be the development of the investment potential of the North Caucasus Federal District and Southern Federal District, the CIS countries and the Caspian and Black Sea countries.
The Caucasus Investment Forum will bring together over 3,000 participants - businessmen, experts, industry companies, managers and government officials from the CIS countries and the Caspian Five.
The СIF business program includes more than 60 events. Attention will be paid to the development of entrepreneurship and the agro-industrial complex, transport infrastructure, industry, energy, banking sector, international cooperation, healthcare, humanitarian agenda and so on. The central event of the Forum will be the plenary session.
Within the business program of the Caucasus Investment Forum, special attention will be paid to the media space and creative industries, as well as to the development of domestic tourism in the regions of the North Caucasus. In addition, a meeting of the Government Commission on socio-economic development of the North Caucasus Federal District will be held at the Forum.
At CIF-2024, the «Vershina» (Вершина) investment award ceremony will take place for the first time. The award is given for contribution to economic growth and development of the investment potential of Russian regions.
The main events of the business program of the Caucasus Investment Forum will take place at the Residence of the Head of the Chechen Republic and at the EXPO exhibition center (Stroycar).
A large cultural and entertainment program for Forum participants in the region includes excursions, a gastronomic exhibition, fashion shows, equestrian competitions, etc.
The organizer of the CIF is the Roscongress Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
