The III Forum of University Rectors of Kyrgyzstan and Russia to be held in Osh

Bishkek, Oct. 10, 2023 /Kabar/. The III Forum of Rectors of Universities of Kyrgyzstan and Russia will begin at Osh State University on October 13, 2023. the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The purpose of the forum is to discuss the key areas of Kyrgyz-Russian cooperation in the educational and scientific fields, joint training of personnel and integration of the education systems of Kyrgyzstan and Russia within the EAEU.

Heads of relevant ministries, representatives of universities in Kyrgyzstan and Russia will discuss the role of universities in the development of regions, cooperation between universities of the two countries, in particular projects on academic mobility of students and teachers, development and implementation of joint programs of higher education, research activities, advanced training and professional retraining personnel, organizing youth forums, summer and winter schools.
