Bishkek, March 1 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz director Ruslan Akun’s film “Finding Mother” is [planned] to be shown in April of this year in major US cities, one of the organizers of the project told Kabar Agency.
The film be shown in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York in mid-April. In Kyrgyzstan, the film came out on cinema screens on February 9 and since 16 February the film was released for rent in Kazakhstan and became the grossing film.
"Finding Mother" is an adventure comedy of co-production of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, which was filmed in the United States. This film tells the story of a boy Azamat, who goes to the United States in search of his mother. Azamat is a gifted boy, who has so well-developed memory, that can keep in his mind complex information. But he couldn’t remember the face of his mother. Upon arrival in Los Angeles Azamat accidentally meets Daniyar and exciting adventures starts.
