Bishkek, March 6 / Kabar /. On March 2, 2017, in Washington, DC, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Emil Kaikiev met with Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Central Asia Daniel Rosenblum, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
During the meeting, the sides discussed in detail the state and prospects of Kyrgyz-American cooperation both within the framework of bilateral cooperation and through the regional dialogue of the countries of Central Asia with the USA in the C5 + 1 format.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on such issues of mutual interest as counteraction to challenges and threats, trade-economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation.
