Bishkek, Jan.27, 2020. /Kabar/. There are 15 Kyrgyzstanis at the site of the new coronavirus’ outbreak in Wuhan city of China, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Nuran Niyazaliyev said at today’s meeting of Government.

He added 50 citizens of Kyrgyzstan had previously been in Wuhan, but many had left for their homeland because of the holidays.
"According to the information of the Kyrgyz Embassy in Beijing, there are 15 Kyrgyz citizens in Wuhan, 14 of them are students. They are directly connected by email and Wechat. We are constantly receiving information. They provide information about themselves and their health and contact their parents. Our Embassy provides advice. Among them are those who are ready to leave for Kyrgyzstan and have purchased tickets,” he said.
The deputy FM added the Chinese authorities have not yet decided how to take foreign nationals off of the city.
"Note that there are no registered cases of coronavirus among our citizens. They appeal to the media to give the correct information, as their parents are worried about individual reports," he said.
Niyazaliyev said for today, there are several opportunities to leave China. In particular, there are air connections to Russia, Kazakhstan’s Almaty and Nur-Sultan cities.
