Bishkek, Aug. 2, 2018 / Kabar /. There are 300 water transports registered in Kyrgyzstan, head of the Office for Supervision and Control of Transport Security of the State Inspectorate for Ecological and Technical Security of the Kyrgyz Republic Gulsada Ibraimova told during a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
According to her data, 300 water transports and 70 small boats are registered in the country.
"This year, no cases of deaths related to water transport was registered this year and all available vehicles have been inspected. All of them are in good condition," Ibraimova said.
She also added that in case of any violation, the owner of the water transport will be fined in the amount of 7,5 thousand -18 thousand soms (about $110 - 265).
