Bishkek, Jan. 19, 2022 . / Kabar / . There are 6,403 people infected with coronavirus infection in Kyrgyzstan, Minister of Health of the country Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said during a parliamentary session on Wednesday.
He noted that a new wave of COVID-19 coronavirus infection started 15 days ago.
"500-900 new cases are being revealed a day, 1-3 people die per day. Of 6.4 thousand people infected with coronavirus, 1,200 patients are receiving inpatient treatment," Beishenaliev said.
The minister added that hospitals have a sufficient supply of drugs and PPE.
