Bishkek, May 26, 2022. / Kabar /. There are no political contradictions between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov told during a meeting with President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in an expanded format.
"It is most important. There is a clear understanding that, through joint efforts, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will ensure further building up of a set of bilateral ties, as well as constructive interaction in the field of interregional and international structures in line with strengthening regional stability and security,” he said.
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Kyrgyzstan on Thursday for an official visit.
A number of bilateral documents are expected to be signed on the results of talks with the Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov.
The leaders of the countries will also take part in the plenary meeting of the Eurasian Economic Union via videoconferencing.
