Bishkek, Nov. 12, 2020 / Kabar /. There will be no dictatorship of power in Kyrgyzstan, Acting President, Prime Minister Sadyr Zhaparov told today at a press conference.
“We need to stay away from this thought. We, Kyrgyzstanis, made three revolutions precisely because we were against the dictatorship. If I am president or someone else, the Kyrgyz people will not allow the establishment of a dictatorship of power. I have no such intentions. For 30 years, there have been different rulers who also wanted a dictatorship, attacked politicians, journalists, there were persecutions. But this will not happen anymore. We will not allow this,” Zhaparov said.
Acting President, Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov conducted today his first press conference. 148 journalists from 86 republican and foreign mass media were accredited for the press conference.
