Third Cooking Festival will take place in Bishkek

Bishkek, Jan. 29, 2018 / Kabar /. The Association of Cooks of Kyrgyzstan under the auspices of the World Associations of Chef-Cooks (WACC) organizes the third Bishkek Cooking Festival.

Guests will be able to watch master classes and competitions between cooks. Within the framework of the event there will be competitions between junior and professional cooks. Juniors in a team will have to prepare two portions of the main fish dish and a banquet menu.

The team competition Black Box will be held among professional cooks representing the famous restaurants of Bishkek and Osh cties. These teams consisting of two people will have to prepare a snack and main dish, the ingredients for the dishes will not be known to the contestants before the start of the competition.

Leading cooking specialists will be assessing the event and select the winners. The jury will consist of experts, members of the Cooks Associations and prize-winners of International Competitions.
