Three large plants to be opened in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Nov. 23, 2017. /Kabar/. Three large production plants will be opened in Kyrgyzstan by the end of the year, chairman of the board of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, Erkin Asrandiyev told.

It is planned to launch a factory for the production of valves in Kara-Balta, the production of pasta in Tokmok and a plant for the production of metallurgical silicon near Tashkumyr in Jalal-Abad region by the end of the year.

"This year 7 large enterprises have already been launched. As an example, Koshoy sugar plant, which did not work for 12 years, increased the capacity of the Kaindy sugar plant. A textile factory was also opened in Tokmok, where 200 jobs were created. In September, a canning factory was opened,” said Asrandiyev. Within two years Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund provided 780 loans worth of $ 254 million.
