Three parties refuse to run in parliamentary elections of Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Oct. 11, 2021. / Kabar / . Party of Labor, Liberal-Progressive Party and Ar-Namys political parties notified the Central Elections Commission of Kyrgyzstan about their refusal to participate in the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh appointed for Nov. 28, 2021 and withdrawal of their authorized representatives.

The Central Commission on Elections and Referendum considered the notification of the parties at the meeting and made a decision to take it into consideration guided by the Constitutional Law of Kyrgyzstan "On Elections of the President of Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyz Republic" and the Law of Kyrgyzstan "On the Central Commission on Elections and Referendums of Kyrgyz Republic".

The registration of authorized representatives of the political parties was cancelled and their registration certificates were recognized invalid.
