Bishkek, April 6, 2022 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov had a telephone conversation with President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
During the conversation, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Sadyr Zhaparov on signing an agreement to resolve the dispute with Centerra, the press service of the Kyrgyz president reported.
Sadyr Zhaparov, for his part, thanked Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and noted that reaching an agreement was not easy. He stressed that the interests of the Kyrgyz people were put at the forefront from the Kyrgyz side. As a result of a long negotiation process, it was possible to achieve the most possible results beneficial for Kyrgyzstan today.
