Bishkek, Feb. 24, 2021. / Kabar /. In the past day, another 59 patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 coronavirus infection have recovered in Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development of the republic Nurbolot Usenbaev told a briefing on Wednesday.
According to him, a total of 82,938 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of the disease since the outbreak of the virus.
The country’s tally of infections has reached 86,025 after 24 more positive cases were identified in the past day.
The death toll stands at 1,460, as no new deaths were reported over the past day.
Meanwhile, 379 patients are being treated in hospitals, and 309 patients are receiving treatment at home.
The country has conducted 3,464 tests in the past 24 hours.
