Bishkek, Nov. 27, 2024. /Kabar/. A memorandum of understanding and cooperation was signed in Bishkek today between the Tourism Development Support Fund in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
The Tourism Fund reported that the document was signed by President of the Fund Kylychbek Rysaliev and Co-Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund Almaz Mambetov.
The main goal of the memorandum is to establish long-term cooperation in the field of tourism. As part of the cooperation, the parties plan to work on a joint study of potential projects in the field of tourism, analysis of master plans and feasibility studies and other documentation for financing projects, as well as exchange experiences and implement best world practices.
Particular attention will be paid to attracting partner organizations, competencies and best practices in the development of the tourism industry; consulting and information activities; jointly engaging in tourism, cultural and creative, expert, investment activities, jointly holding events to create favorable conditions for the tourism business in the interests of both countries.
The cooperation between the funds will contribute to the creation of new opportunities for the growth of the tourism industry, as well as the development of cultural and investment ties between the two countries, the report said.
