Tourism from Kyrgyzstan to Russia grew by 7% in 2018

Bishkek, Dec. 11, 2018. / Kabar /. Analytical agency TurStat presented the rating of countries for inbound tourism to Russia in 2018, having analyzed statistics on inbound tourism to Russia for the first 9 months of the year.

The number of tours from Kyrgyzstan to Russia was 313 thousand for the first nine months of 2018, which is 6.5% more than last year.

Kyrgyzstan is in the top 15 countries of foreigners in Russia.

Inbound tourism to Russia in 2018 has grown due to tourists from many countries of Southeast Asia and Europe due to the 2018 World Cup.

According to TourStat, China and South Korea are leaders in 2018. The number of tours from China increased by 170 thousand in the first 9 months of the year compared with last year, and from South Korea - by 85 thousand more than in 2017.
