Tourist road show of Kyrgyzstan held in New Delhi

Bishkek, June 9, 2022. / Kabar /. A tourist road show was held in New Delhi on June 7, 2022, organized by the Tourism Development Support Fund of Kyrgyzstan together with the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in India and Salvia Promoters, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The event was opened with a welcoming speech by Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to India Asein Isaev, during which he noted that tourism in Kyrgyzstan is one of the priority sectors of the country's economy and stressed that the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in New Delhi will continue to support Indian travel agencies in their efforts to create better travel conditions for Indian tourists in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The event included a presentation on the tourism potential of the Kyrgyz Republic and told about the opportunities for the development of cultural, historical, sports, extreme, event and ecological tourism. A corner with traditional drinks and dried fruits brought from Kyrgyzstan was also organized.

In total, the event was actively attended by about 70 leading travel companies, as well as 10 representatives of the Indian media, who showed interest in further interaction with Kyrgyz partners in the field of tourism.
