Tourist season in Issyk-Kul Oblast was successful this year-governor

Bishkek, Aug.14, 2019 /Kabar/. This year the tourist season in Issyk-Kul Oblast was successful, Akylbek Osmonaliyev, the oblast Governor told during the press conference at Kabar News Agency.

He said all hotels, boarding houses and holiday homes were packed to capacity. “Tourists were even accommodated in the farthest holiday homes from the coast. This year we evaluate the season as successful. The number of cars, entering the oblast, reached 23 thousand on weekends by cameras in Balykchy town,” said Osmonaliyev.

The relevant authorities are analyzing and by the end of the season will give official statistics on how many tourists arrived.
