The President of Uzbekistan signed the relevant resolution recently, Uzbekistan-24 TV channel reported.

Chairman of the National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare Ravshan Izamov said that local and foreign tourists should be sure that coronavirus infection and other problems regarding sanitary and epidemiological well-being will not affect them.

«Tour operators, hotels and everyone associated with the tourism industry will receive a special certificate in case of a number of necessary requirements are met. This certificate allows them to work with tourists," he said.

Such practice of compensating tourists is widely used in many countries around the world. Moreover, the provision of services to foreign tourists during the quarantine period by the tour operator will be carried out only at the facilities included in the register "Uzbekistan.
