Bishkek, July 30, 2019. / Kabar /. A regular meeting of the Trade Facilitation Council was held on Monday in the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, under the chairmanship of Minister Sanzhar Mukanbetov, with the participation of members of the Council - heads of state bodies, business community, as well as representatives of international organizations.
During the meeting of the Council, the participants of the meeting reviewed the information from the Secretariat of the Council on the work done to implement the Plan of Activities stipulated by the Agreement on Trade Facilitation for the first half of 2019, the press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Also at the Council, the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic presented the results of a study on the time of production of vehicles at the border, prepared with the technical assistance of international organizations - donors, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
In addition, the participants of the Council considered the issues related to simplifying and improving the process of interactions between state regulatory bodies regulating foreign economic activity at the border.
