Trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan, China makes $55.4 mln since beginning of year

Bishkek, Oct. 25, 2023 . / Kabar / . The foreign trade turnover of agricultural products of Kyrgyzstan with China for January-August 2023 amounted to $55.4 million.

The Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan reported that export supplies of agricultural products of Kyrgyzstan to China amounted to $3.2 million:

- Cotton fiber, not combed - $1.1 million;

- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic products -$ 726.8 thousand,

- Tobacco and industrial tobacco substitutes - $275.5 thousand;

- Honey - $243.2 thousand;

- Fruit - $238 thousand;

- Animal hair and wool - $188.7 thousand;

- Finished products from cereal grains, flour - $142 thousand;

- Finished products from meat, fish - $49.4 thousand;

- Oilseeds - $41.8 thousand;

- Sugar and confectionery from sugar - $46.8 thousand;

- Prepared meat and fish products - $34.1 thousand;

- Animal products - $22.1 thousand;

- Oilseeds - $6.9 thousand.

Imports of Kyrgyz agricultural products from China during the same period amounted to $52.2 million.

Of these:

- Fruits - $30.7 million;

- Oilseeds - $1.5 million;

- Vegetables - $2.5 million;

- Fruit and vegetable processing products - $5.5 million;

- Sugar and sugar confectionery products - $1.2 million;

- Tobacco and industrial tobacco substitutes - $2.4 million;

- Meat and edible meat by-products - $795.8 thousand;

- Fruit and vegetable processing products - $794 thousand.

- Coffee and tea - $651.2 thousand;

- Cereals - $260.4 thousand.
