Bishkek, Feb. 17, 2022. / Kabar /. Minister of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan Erkinbek Osoev met with Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kyrgyzstan Said Kharazi.
The press service of the Ministry of Transport of Kyrgyzstan said that during the meeting, the implementation of the instructions of the 12th meeting of the joint intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Iran, co-chaired by the Kyrgyz part was discussed.
The sides noted the need to further promote cooperation in the economic sphere, develop tourism, create conditions for business communities, as well as increase air and road transport between the two countries.
Also during the meeting, Osoev asked the ambassador to assist in obtaining permit forms of the “to/from 3 countries” category for Kyrgyz road carriers.
