Bishkek, Feb. 28, 2023 /Kabar/. On the territory of China on February 28, 2023 at 01:36 local time, an earthquake with a force of 4.5 points at the epicenter, K = 10.9, magnitude (Mpv): 4.7, depth (h): 16 km, occurred.
According to data of the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, the earthquake source is located in China, 16 km southeast of the village of Nura, 16 km southeast of the village of Symkhan, 18 km southeast of the village of Irkeshtam, 24 km to south-east from the village of Ikizyak, 150 km south-east from the city of Osh.
In the settlements of Kyrgyzstan, the intensity of the earthquake was in the village of Nura - 4 points, in the villages of Irkeshtam, Ikizyak - 3.5 points.
According to preliminary information, there are no casualties and destructions as a result of the earthquake.
