Bishkek, Nov. 20, 2020. /Kabar/. 21-year-old woman has given birth to triplet boys. The happy event took place on Nov. 16 in the Bishkek City Perinatal Center, chief physician of the maternity hospital Zhamilya Maripova told Kabar News Agency.
She added that three boys were born weighing 2 kg 290 grams, 2 kg 380 grams and 2 kg 220 grams.
"The woman was admitted to our center on Nov. 16 at 2:30 p.m. with the diagnosis of 35 weeks of pregnancy, the beginning of labor activity. On the same day she was taken urgently for a C-section. At the moment, the condition of the woman and newborns is stable,” the chief physician said.
Zhamilya Maripova noted that this is the second delivery for the 21-year-old woman, she has a daughter.
"We plan to release the woman in labor with the newborns next week," she concluded.
The Kyrgyz Government pays a one-time allowance in the amount of KGS 50 thousand (about USD 589) for each child in case of birth in a family of triplets or more children.
