Bishkek, May 22, 2018 / Kabar /. The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey together with the municipality of the Kechioreng district of Ankara hosted the "Evening of Kyrgyzstan" within the framework of the traditional annual festival dedicated to the Ramadan month, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The event, which took place on a large scale, was attended by the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey, head of the Kechioreng district of Ankara Mustafa Ak, Honorary Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Kayseri M. Kurt, head of the international department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, representatives of the ministries and departments of Turkey, diplomatic corps.
The event was attended by Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic Sultan Zhumagulov, as well as the delegation of the Mayor's Office of the city of Karakol, Issyk-Kul oblast headed by mayor Daniyar Arpachiev, who arrived in Ankara to activate and strengthen business ties with the municipality of the Kechioren district.
During the "Evening of Kyrgyzstan", the famous pop singer Samara Karimova and the musical group "Ak-Niet" and "Myrza-Ayim" performed.
Also, the opening of the Kyrgyz House with the demonstration of Kyrgyz products of folk and applied art, information booklets on the investment and tourism potential of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as a video about the Third World Nomad Games was shown.
