Bishkek, Oct. 5, 2021. / Kabar /. A delegation of 22 people arrived in Kyrgyzstan from Turkey, headed by head of the OSTIM industrial zone Orhan Aydin and head of OSTIM Technical University Murat Yulek.
The Ministry of Investments of Kyrgyzstn reported that the Turkish side proposed to open an industrial and production zone in Kyrgyzstan and expressed its intention to jointly take the necessary steps to launch projects in Kyrgyzstan.
An agreement was also reached to open a joint Kyrgyz-Turkish development institute, which will become a source for achieving the above goals.
Following the meeting, bilateral Memoranda on exchange programs were signed between the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Iskhak Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University and OSTİM Technical University.
In the afternoon, the Turkish delegation will visit the Bishkek free economic zone to get acquainted with its activities. As part of the visit to the Bishkek FEZ, the current experience will be studied and issues of further cooperation to be discussed.
