Bishkek, Sept. 30, 2021 . / Kabar / . Two earthquakes were registered in Kyrgyzstan on Wednesday afternoon and evening.
The Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences reported that the first earthquake with a magnitude of 5 was recorded in Jalal-Abad Oblast at 1:46 p.m.
Another earthquake was registered in Batken Oblast on Wednesday at 6:41 p.m. local time.
The light quake jolted villages of Pulgon, Kadam-Dzhai, Zhidelik, Tash-Kyia, as well as Kotur-Bulak, Kyzyl-Bulak, Karool, Kara-Jygach, Kara-Shoro, Ferghana and Kyzyl-Kyia.
No victims and destructions were reported as a result of the earthquakes.
