Bishkek, March 23, 2021 . / Kabar /. Two earthquakes of about 3 magnitude occurred in Kyrgyzstan in the past day, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic said on Tuesday.
According to data from the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences, 3-magnitude quake occurred in Naryn Oblast on Monday at 4:45 p.m. local time.
Earthquake source was located on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
Intensity of the earthquake in the villages of Arsy, Kochkorka, Semiz-Bel, Kara-Too made about 3 points.
Another minor earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 was recorded on the territory of Chui Oblast on Monday at 6:17 p.m.
The tremors were felt on the territory of Ysyk-Ata resort and Arpa-Tektir village.
According to preliminary data, no victims or destructions reported.
