Two more Kyrgyzstanis died from novel coronavirus

Bishkek, Oct. 14, 2020. /Kabar/. Two more Kyrgyzstanis have died from COVID-19 coronavirus infection in the past day.

According to the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, the both fatalities are recorded in Batken Oblast of the country.

In Kyrgyzstan, a total of 1,094 patients have passed away from COVID-19.

The country’s tally of COVID-19 cases reached 50,201 on Wednesday with 330 new cases reported in the last day.

The HQ also announced the recovery of 172 more patients, raising the total recoveries in the country to 44,884.

Currently, 1,960 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 1,801 patients - at home.

Kyrgyzstan has been fighting COVID-19 since March 18.
